couldnt sleep last night and only slept at 3am when i have to be awake at 7am!.

and so on my 1st day of work at MISA Travel...
reported work at 9am.. and a short briefing and was attached to a senior staff, Kelly.
i didnt nothing the whole day. because im suppose to be stationed at ticketing department but the manager will only be in next week. and so im temporarily stationed at the customer service area, which does different things.
and so Kelly roughly briefed me about what i will be doing and had to learn the Abacus system.
it is a system used mainly by airlines, hotels or resorts to book tickets for customers.
and MDIS doesnt teach you this but ITE in tourism does.
which makes me a little hard to understand at first but now i roughly know what the codes are for.
this is one for the software that i always wanted to learn. and i'll make sure i know how to use the system before i have the thinking if quitting. which i think wont be so soon? haha!

anw, work was fine.. the people are friendly. i must say, its a female working environment! only like a handful of guys..
im more looking forward to work next week where i'll officially do what im hired to do and not just sit the the whole day and look at people doing things.

oh.. oh!! my job title on my Letter of Appointment is Ticketing Executive.
HAHA! like one pro like that..
